Account & Registration

Opening an account on Darplay is quick and easy. registration page Go there, enter your name, mobile number or email, password, and referral code (if you have one). Then verify via OTP and your account will be ready. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes.

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is against Darplay's policy. If this occurs, all associated accounts may be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. Before processing a withdrawal, Darplay may request a scan of your national ID or passport. This is done to protect your account and prevent fraud. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

You can update your mobile number, email, and password from Profile Settings. However, changing your registered full name requires submitting KYC documents and approval from the support team.

Send an email to support@darplay.ws with the subject "Account Closure Request". Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed. Responsible Gambling You can also find the option to take a temporary break from the page.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Darplay. Your age is verified during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be permanently closed.

Your session will automatically log out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Checking "Remember Me" keeps your session active longer on personal devices. We recommend against using this option on public devices.
Payments & Transactions

The minimum deposit on Darplay is ৳500. You can get started with as little as ৳500 via bKash or Nagad. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Darplay is ৳500. To withdraw, any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must first be met. Funds from your main balance can be withdrawn at any time.

Withdrawals in "Pending" status can be cancelled from your transaction history. Once a request moves to "Processing", it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel urgently, contact us immediately via live chat.

Financial Transactions Payment methods can be updated from the page. Adding a new mobile number or bank account requires OTP verification. For security reasons, withdrawals may be put on hold for 24 hours after any changes are made.
