1 General Terms & Conditions

Darplay (https://darplay.ws) is an online gaming and betting platform operated exclusively for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Darplay and its users. By using our website or mobile app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

Darplay's Terms and Conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence. In addition to reading these Terms, please also visit our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy as well.

Darplay reserves the sole and final authority to make decisions regarding any user's account at any time. Our decisions are final and binding. However, users do have the right to appeal any decision.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Darplay, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, address, phone number, and email.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

Darplay reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals and for transactions above a certain amount. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification

Darplay takes a strict stance on protecting minors from gaming. In accordance with international gaming regulations, no person under the age of 18 may open an account or use any service on Darplay.

Your age must be declared at the time of registration. Darplay may request a valid government-issued ID for age verification at any time. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the total bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus — a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before any withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified period from the date they are credited (typically 30 days).
• A bonus from one promotion cannot be used simultaneously with a bonus from another promotion.
• A bonus may only be applicable to a specific game or game type.
• Darplay reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent use.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on Darplay are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Our games are regularly audited by independent third-party organizations to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and are clearly displayed on the game page. Darplay reserves the right to adjust these limits under certain circumstances.

Technical Error

If a game's outcome is uncertain due to a server error or technical issue, Darplay may void the game and refund the bet amount. In such cases, users will have no claim to any compensation.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the full bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Darplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms and Conditions violations.
• In cases of failure to provide KYC verification documents.
• In cases of prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee of 50 BDT may be deducted from inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Self-Closure

To close your account, send an email to support@darplay.ws. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. Once closed, you will need to wait 30 days before opening a new account with the same details.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Darplay treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. We use SSL encryption and modern data security technologies. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
